Il lunedì è il giorno di riposo di Icona, perciò la domenica, a meno che non siamo in concorso, cerco sempre di farle fare un buon lavoro ma soft. Ieri abbiamo lavorato in piano. Dopo una buona mezzora di trotto e galoppo in assetto leggero, abbiamo cominciato il lavoro riunito a trotto seduto.

Monday is Icona’s relaxing day, so on Sunday, unless we have competitions, I always try to get her to do a good job, but soft. Yesterday we worked on the plan. After a good half hour of trot and gallop in lightweight seat, we began working close in sitting trot.

Una foto durante una appoggiata spalle in fuori procedendo sulla pista, facendo spostare le anche della cavalla:
- incollatura flessa dalla parte opposta al movimento
- porto leggermente indietro la gamba esterna ed esercito pressione per far sì che la cavalla sposti le anche e proceda incrociando gli arti
E’ un ottimo lavoro per allenare e mantenere elastica la schiena del proprio cavallo.

Per la prima volta finalmente vi mostro i miei pantaloni Jhon Whitaker e la testiera Equestro con swarovski (che vi avevo già anticipato sulla mia fan page di facebook). L’ho vista per la prima volta lo scorso ottobre a Cavalli a Milano, su un puledro mentre veniva presentato per il salto in libertà, e me ne sono innamorata. Da allora è scattata una ricerca frenetica e finalmente eccola qui. Ha la nasalina un po’ spessa che richiama le tipiche testiere da dressage, ed ho deciso di utilizzarla per il piano, mentre per il salto a breve vi mostrerò la nuova testiera sempre con swarowski, ma modello messicano, by Hööks Europe. For the first time now I show you my brown breeches by Jhon Whitaker and the new bridle with swarovski by Equestro (which I had already talk about on my facebook fan page). I saw it for the first time last october at Cavalli a Milano fair, on a foal who was presented for free jumping, and I fell in love with it. Since then it started a frenetic search, and finally here it is. It has the front on the nose a bit 'thick headboard that recalls the typical dressage, and I decided to use it for work in plan, while for jump I will soon show you the new bridle, always with swarovski but mexican model, by Hööks Europe.
